The New York Phoenix Basketball Team
Schenectady County is now the new home for The Basketball League’s (TBL) New York Phoenix! The excitement begins Friday, Feb. 28 with the home opener at Armory Studio NY right in Downtown Schenectady. The Phoenix will play 12 regular-season home games, along with any post-season games.
The arrival of the New York Phoenix marks a new chapter in Schenectady’s rich sports history, dating back to the 19th century with pro baseball teams like the Dorpians and Electricians; the Mohawk Giants, a Negro League baseball team; and the Schenectady Blue Jays. The Schenectady Frog Alleys baseball team played at Island Park, in what is now a SUNY Schenectady parking lot and just steps away from Armory Studios NY. Since its establishment in 1936, the former Schenectady Armory has hosted a range of sporting events and, under the ownership of Ray and Jeff Legere since 2012, it continues to bring dynamic sports and entertainment to the community.

Due to custom seat selection, Game day courtside seating must be selected with the Box Office. Tickets may be purchased online, then please call the box office at (518) 901-6443 to select your seats.
The Perch
Enjoy the game standing on our elevated Observation Deck (aka "ThePerch"). This section is adult only (21 years old and above) and comes with complimentary delivery of all your adult beverages ... ordered right on your phone!

Armory Studios NY is located at 125 Washington Ave., Schenectady, NY 12305. Traveling by car;
From Albany and points South & East, take I-90 to I-890 and take Exit 4-C for Washington Ave. Take a right on State Street and a right on S. Ferry St. for parking
From points West, take I-90 to I-890 and take Exit 4-C for Washington Ave. Take a right on State Street and a right on S. Ferry St. for parking
FREE parking is available in Lots A, D & H for Dinos Live: The Immersive Experience. Lot H, adjacent to Armory Studios, is designated for ADA parking.
Paid street parking is also available during business hours and is FREE after 5pm and on weekends.
Convenient Ride Share drop-off & pickup is available onsite.
CDTA stop is located at State St. & S. Church St. Check HERE for routes & schedules.
Amtrak station is located at 332 Erie Blvd. (1/2 mile to Armory Studios) with convenient service from NYC (and points south), Buffalo (and points west), Montreal (and points north) and Boston (and points east)
