- Comprehensive lead-sharing process with network of partners to give your RFP the attention it deserves.
- Off-site transportation.
- Personalized landing page for your event on our website to advertise your event, facilitate hotel reservations and to highlight amenities and other aspects of Schenectady County for your guests.
- Help distribute your conference press release to our local media database.
- Access to Discover Schenectady's photo galleries.
- Promo items, local giveaways, and/or info table at your event, upon request.
- Help with info and materials to help guests explore the area.
- With several unique and exceptional off-site meeting and event venues, we can help you find the perfect setting for your group's special event.
- We can provide a welcome letter from Discover Schenectady's Executive Director and/or local officials for your program book.
- Create and distribute welcome posters to participating hotels.
- We can assist with booking team building activities, group tours, dine around programs, pub crawls, learning to play poker, tee times & more!
- Our team can help coordinate events and activities with our local community service organizations and provide an opportunity for your attendees to give back while visiting Schenectady.
- Access to Discover Schenectady Group Savings Pass- group attendees will receive discounts throughout Schenectady County.
