Mohawk Hudson Bike Path: With almost 20 miles of the path running through Schenectady, this is a great place to hop on your bike for a gorgeous ride along the Mohawk River, lace up your sneakers for a run, or leash up your dog for a leisurely walk!

 

Plotter Kill Preserve: Miles of trails, beautiful views and gorgeous waterfalls make this the perfect place for a hike!

 

The Christman Wildlife Sanctuary Trail: A 2.2 mile easy hike around the Bozen Kill creek offers beautiful views and picturesque waterfalls.

 

Blatnick Park: offers a pavilion, basketball court, tennis courts, a playground, and a direct connection to the Mohawk-Hudson bike trail.

 

Central Park: Named after New York City's Central Park, Schenectady's Central Park is the crown jewel of the county's parks. The park features the a beautiful Rose Garden, Iroquois Lake, tennis courts, a dog park and a disc golf course.

 

Indian Kill Preserve: A 100-acre preserve perfect for hiking, nature study, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing!
