We can't think of a better way to celebrate the beauty of summer, than to be outdoors with live music -- and there is no shortage of fabulous entertainment to enjoy in Schenectady County!
There are tons of great spots to enjoy live music this summer -- our many concert series options are bringing a diverse lineup of music for every taste!
Freedom Park Concert Series
Kicking off on June 20th, the Freedom Park Stage in Scotia is rocking on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer! Their lineup features outstanding local musicians and includes everything from country to classical and is certain to entertain the entire family! For the full lineup, click here.
HarborJam Concert Series
June 23rd marks the beginning of the first annual series from our from our friends at Rivers Casino and Resort. Every Saturday, from 6-8pm at the Mohawk Harbor Amphitheater, we'll be rocking on the waterfront to some nationally-recognized rock, country and cover bands! Music Haven Concert Series
From July 8 - August 19, you can travel the world one concert at a time in the heart of our very own Central Park. The expanded Sunday series includes music from Africa, France, Nashville, Haiti, Scotland, Louisiana, Chile and more! Concerts begin at 7pm, and will be moved indoors to Proctors if it rains (they'll announce on their Facebook page by 1pm if they decide to move indoors)! Check out their season here.
Jazz on Jay Concert Series
Looking for a way to jazz up your work week? Downtown Schenectady comes alive every Thursday afternoon, from 12 - 1:30PM in the Jay State Pedestrian Mall (rain location is Proctors). Kicking off on June 7 and rolling through the end of August, take a break from your day to enjoy the sounds of local favorites like Colleen Pratt! For the full lineup, click here.
