The parade begins at SUNY Schenectady and runs up State Street to Nott Terrace.
PRE-PARADE FESTIVAL
Start the celebration early with the 2019 Pre-Parade Street Festival, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Jay Street and in front of City Hall.
Festivities include:
- face painting
- balloon artists
- live music
- food vendors
- crafts
