We had an absolute blast chatting with Evan Christou, owner of Tops American Grill, Bakery and Bar! This classic diner has been in Christou's family since 1953, but they've brought it into the 21st Century with a brand new building, a top notch bar, in-house pastry chef and a menu that is chock-full of comfort food staples and modern twists on classic favorites.
