The culinary arts program at SUNY Schenectady has long been lauded as one of the best programs to prepare the next generation of culinary artists and hospitality heroes for their restaurant careers. 

One of Schenectady's best-kept secrets is that you can actually sample the creations of these hard-working students at SUNY Schenectady's Casola Dining Room. We went behind the scenes with program leaders Jay Larkin and Chef Michael Stamets and then sat down to sample with Dr. Dave Brough, Dean of the Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism Program at the college.
