Visit The Waters Edge Lighthouse during Maple Week!
  • Date: Mar 23, 2019
  • Time: 5:00 PM to 11:59 PM

When most people think of maple syrup, they think of pancakes and waffles. But maple has so many uses beyond breakfast.
Discover Schenectady and Riverside Maple Farms are celebrating this New York product with Schenectady County Maple Week from March 23-31. We are partnering with area restaurants to create new and unique spins on dishes and drinks that you can try!

The Waters Edge Lighthouse is the oldest existing building in Glenville, NY. While the building is historic, the Waters Edge Lighthouse is becoming well known in their area for contemporary innovative dishes, serving meat eaters and vegans alike. For Schenectady County Maple Week, owner Joe Pololizio and his team have taken maple to the sea with their bacon-wrapped sea scallops and wild shrimp finished with Riverside Maple Farms' dark maple syrup and fresh cracked black pepper. Available starting March 23 until sold out, don't miss this decedent dish!
