    During his 15-years as a member of the Philadelphia soul-singing group The Delfonics, Freddy Ingleton performed in shows that also featured Al Greene, the Four Tops and the Drifters, among others. He appeared on recorded and live albums as a member of the Delfonics. Freddy is now a member of Blue Magic, an American soul group from Philadelphia, as well as a solo performer. He has recently written and released his first single “Butterfly,” which was arranged by producer Bert Price. The evening begins with a performance by the SCCC Gospel Choir.

We call it camp because you come with all your projects you need to complete (or start) and will occupy the classrooms (camp out) for three days . If the thought of sewing for three days uninterrupted is not enough to excite you, how about no cooking! We will make arrangements for all the food. If you need help in certain areas, or some advice to spur you on in the right direction, this is the place to be. You may simply want to be left alone to do your own thing. That is okay too.

    At the height of the last Ice Age, 25,000 years ago, nearly all of New York State was covered with ice. As the climate began to warm and the ice melted, the environments and the animals that inhabited them changed. This time period may provide clues to the effects of current global warming. Dr. Robert S. Feranec is currently the Curator of Vertebrate Paleontology at the New York State Museum in Albany. His research is focused on understanding how ecology changes in mammals over time.
